Honey Mediterranean Cheesecake

The Eli's Cheesecake Company of Chicago, a family-owned business dedicated to baking all-natural dairy cheesecakes and desserts, is now offering its Honey Mediterranean Cheesecake for foodservice. Honey Mediterranean Cheesecake features the company’s Wildflower honey cheesecake, enhanced with the subtle addition of ricotta, topped with a crunchy layer of salted honey, toasted pistachios and almonds, a cloud of vanilla mousse and a mosaic of more toasted pistachios and almonds. The cheesecake is 10 inches around, pre-sliced 14 and certified kosher dairy.
