Hershey Foods Sells Some Gum Brands
HERSHEY, Pa., and ROUND LAKE, Minn. - Hershey Foods Corporation and Farley's & Sathers Candy Company Inc. today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement for the sale of a group of Hershey's gum brands. Included in the transaction are Fruit Stripe chewing gum, Rain-Blo gum balls and Super Bubble bubble gum trademarked brands. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
