Harris Teeter VIC Cardholders Get Exclusive Deals on Resort Island

Harris Teeter and the Amelia Island Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) Harris Teeter Supermarkets have joined forces once more to offer exclusive savings for the grocery chain’s VIC (Very Important Customer) cardholders. Through Dec. 31, VIC cardholders will receive discounts at 22 Amelia Island businesses, including accommodations, restaurants, activities and shopping.

“These special discounts are a great way to provide added value to Harris Teeter customers as they experience some of Amelia’s most popular attractions,” noted Amelia Island CVB president and CEO Gil Langley.

Since the partnership began in January 2010, it has offered an annual three-month-long travel sweepstakes that awards one e-VIC subscriber a trip to the popular resort area, a barrier island off the coast of northeast Florida, as well as special deals to cardholders.

The discounted deals are available only to those customers who show their VIC cards at checkout. When making accommodation reservations on Amelia Island, customers must mention the Harris Teeter deal to receive their discounts.
