Gristede's Gets New Store Security Chief
NEW YORK -- Gristede's Foods, Inc. has appointed Renee Flores chief of its security/asset protection department.
“Ms. Flores brings a strong background in asset protection to Gristede's,” said chairman and c.e.o. John A. Catsimatidis in a statement. “We believe that she will bring leadership skills to revitalizing and expanding the scope of Gristede's security operations.”
Flores most recently served as director of loss prevention at Gap, Inc./Old Navy stores. Before that, she was director of asset protection for A&P’s The Food Emporium chain of upscale supermarkets.
Gristede's operates 39 supermarkets in New York City and its immediate suburbs.
