Giant-Carlisle Hires New VP, Construction and Maintenance
Giant Food Stores, LLC has named Wayne MacLeod VP of construction and maintenance. In his new role, MacLeod, who reports to EVP of real estate and construction Jim Ferraro, is responsible for managing all aspects of construction management and maintenance for current and new store development programs.
MacLeod succeeds Steve Lamontagne, who has become VP of format development and now reports to Casper Meijer, EVP of format & merchandising.
Coming to Giant with over 25 years of experience in retail planning, construction and
Development, MacLeod was most recently director of store development at Shaw Supermarkets in West Bridgewater, Mass. He additionally held various project management and store development positions at Howard Johnson and Purity Supermarkets.
