Frozen Egg-white Omelettes

Cedarlane Natural Foods Inc. has introduced two additional frozen egg-white omelettes to its frozen lineup. Both the all-natural Broccoli Cheddar and Garden Vegetable & Mozzarella Egg White vegetarian omelettes are high in protein, low in cholesterol and gluten-free, according to Carson, Calif.-based Cedarlane. The SRP range for an 8- to 8.5-ounce package of either omelette is $3.99 to $4.49.
