Chabaso Bakery offers an updated take on Old World breads with the introduction of two unique varieties of Ciabatta Pull-Aparts dinner rolls with easy-to-separate sections. While Classic Ciabatta Pull-Aparts feature thin crusts and chewy, moist interiors, Rainin’ Grains Ciabatta Pull-Aparts are made with 13 whole grains, seeds and honey. Containing authentic flavors, no preservatives, and crunchy crusts, the handcrafted items are excellent alternatives to ordinarily soft and doughy dinner rolls, according to New Haven, Conn.-based Chabaso. Pull-Aparts come in convenient packages of eight 1-ounce, 70-calorie single-serve sections of a demi ciabatta loaf, making them shoo-ins for portion control and nutritional planning. Chabaso has also rolled out two new all-natural sandwich roll varieties to capitalize on the burgeoning lunchtime market category: Classic Baguette and Sesame Semolina.
