Food Lion Names S.V.P./C.I.O
SALISBURY, N.C. -- Food Lion LLC, a subsidiary of Delhaize America, has named Scott Harrison s.v.p. of technology and efficiency and c.i.o. He replaces Terry Morgan, who became s.v.p. and c.i.o. for Delhaize Group, Food Lion LLC's parent company.
Harrison has 25 years of cross-functional experiences in the supermarket industry, Food lion said. He began his career at Hannaford Brothers, a Food Lion sister banner, in 1982.
In 2000, Harrison joined Food Lion as procurement synergies manager. More recently, Harrison held the post of v.p. of operations for Food Lion LLC's Southern division and the Central division.
