Flowers Bakeries Becomes Latest Supplier to Select viaLink for Data Synchronization

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 22, 2001--The viaLink Company (Nasdaq:VLNK - news) today announced that Flowers
Bakeries, a super-regional baking company and subsidiary of Flowers Foods (NYSE:FLO - news), will use viaLink's syncLink(SM) for product, price and promotion synchronization.
