Finlandia New Cheese Varieties

Finlandia Cheese Inc., a Parsippany, N.J.-based subsidiary of Valio Ltd., Finland’s largest food company, has bowed eight additional varieties of cheese at International Dairy-Deli-Bake 2012, offering a turnkey deli solution for retailers seeking a one-stop shop for their entire deli cheese inventory. The well-known brand now offers Provolone, American, Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Havarti, Pepper Jack, Colby Jack and Jalapeno Muenster, which join Finlandia’s existing line of popular cheeses including Swiss, Light Swiss, Lacey Swiss and Muenster.
