WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. -- David DeLorenzo, a longtime executive at Dole Food Company, Inc. here, has been named president and c.e.o.
Richard Dahl, currently president and c.o.o., will be leaving the company to pursue personal business interests, the supplier said.
DeLorenzo has been associated with Dole for over 37 years, and is currently serving on the board of directors and chairs the audit committee. He has held various executive positions at Dole, including president, c.o.o., and vice chairman of the board.
David H. Murdock, the owner of Dole, previously acted as c.e.o. and will remain chairman of the board.
