DLM Culinary Center to Hold Open House

To mark the reopening of its state-of-the-art culinary center at 6161 Far Hills Avenue in Dayton, Ohio, after four months of renovation, Dorothy Lane Market (DLM) will hold an open house on Friday, June 20 between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., at which light refreshments will be served. The grocer will also offer special pricing on its new lines of merchandise.

DLM chose to revamp its cooking school from the ground up, imparting a modern, clean feel to the overhauled facility, which can now hold up to 64 guests.

The culinary center is available for private events, parties and team-building sessions. The facility will provide more than 40 cooking classes and several kids' cooking camps during its three-month summer schedule.

Regular DLM Culinary Center hours are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, and the summer schedule can be accessed online. DLM operates three store locations in Dayton and Springfield, Ohio.
