Dierbergs Wooing with Restaurant-Quality Valentine Menu
CHESTERFIELD, Mo. - In a move that even Cupid himself would approve of, Dierbergs Markets Inc. here is promoting restaurant-quality romantic dinners for two with a "Valentine Sweetheart Menu."
The made-from-scratch, three-course dinners for two on the menu are designed by the culinary professionals from Dierbergs Kitchens. The offering is four entrees: Parmesan Encrusted Chicken Breast, Classic Beef or Chicken & Mushroom En Croute, Flame-Grilled Glazed Pork Fillet Mignon or Roasted Salmon Oscar. The special menu is available Feb. 6 -18, 2007.
In addition to the entrees, complete dinners, which are priced at $32.99, include salad, two side dishes, bake-and-serve French-style dinner rolls and an appetizer or dessert.
The family-held chain is also encouraging shoppers to sweeten the deal with the "Sweetheart Dinner Package with Roses" for $59.99, which includes one dozen medium-stemmed red roses.
Dierbergs operates 23 stores in Missouri's St. Louis and St. Charles counties and in the Illinois counties of Madison and St. Clair.
