C&S Boosts DC Space with 1 Million Square Feet
KEENE, N.H. -- C&S Wholesale Grocers, Inc. here has leased over 1 million square feet of distribution space at DP Partners' LogistiCenter at Allentown in Bethlehem, Pa.
LogistiCenter at Allentown is a two-building, $55-million complex owned and developed by Reno, Nev.-based DP Partners. The aggregate value of the leases was not disclosed, according to a published report.

Earlier this year, Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell granted C&S almost $1.8 million in state incentives, including grants, tax incentives, and job training credits. The wholesaler is anticipated to create 400 new jobs at the facility over the following three years.
The C&S agreements with LogistiCenter come in the wake of a separate transaction in which the company renewed a lease for 770,000 square feet at DP Partners' Blue Mountain Logistics Park in Harrisburg, Pa.
