Creative Breads
Consumers can entertain in style with two handcrafted offerings from New Haven, Conn.-based artisan bread bakery Chabaso. Sourdough Demi Boules are crispy round 6-ounce breads that can be used as single-serve soup bowls, or for serving a favorite dip. Home chefs can reserve the torn-away interior pieces for dipping. Finished with extra-virgin olive oil and sprinkled with salt, 8-ounce Olive Oil Mediterranean Flat Breads (pictured) can be served sliced with cheeses and meats, or can accompany pasta sauces, vegetable spreads or tomato salad.
