Cosentino's Food Stores Ups the Ante on Price Optimization

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Cosentino's Food Stores, operator of Apple Markets, Sun Fresh, and Price Chopper stores in the Kansas City market, said it has chosen a new in-house solution for price and promotion optimization.

Cosentino's said it will use KSS PriceStrat to model, refine, and understand the impact of pricing and promotional decisions before they're implemented. KSS PriceStrat leverages over a decade of price modeling expertise and experience via an intuitive desktop user-interface that provides merchants with the ability to create and model multiple, complex pricing scenarios in seconds.
