ConAgra Names New CFO
OMAHA, Neb. -- Andre J. Hawaux is joining ConAgra Foods, Inc. here as e.v.p./c.f.o. on Nov. 13, after 25 years of experience with PepsiCo and its bottlers, including serving as chief financial officer for Pepsi North America.
Hawaux's experience includes field, corporate and general management positions. He currently is the general manager of one of the major US business units of Pepsi Americas, Inc.

Hawaux replaces John Gehring, who was named acting c.f.o. last week, and replaced Frank Sklarsky, who is joining Eastman Kodak. Gehring will now return to his role as senior vice president and controller for ConAgra Foods.
