Coca-Cola Integrating Minute Maid Business with North American Division
NEW YORK - Coca-Cola Co. said Tuesday it will integrate its Minute Maid North America business with its North American division to further streamline its business.
Don Knauss, currently president of Minute Maid North America, will head up the unified division. He will report directly to Jeffrey Dunn, president and COO of Coca-Cola North America.
Sandy Douglas, who was president of the North American Division, was named chief customer officer of Coca-Cola Co. Douglas will be responsible for working with all of the Atlanta beverage company's strategic business units and its bottlers to develop and implement a customer-service strategy. He will report directly to Steve Heyer, who last month was promoted to president and COO at Coca-Cola.
The management changes come as Coca-Cola remains under intense pressure to improve its performance in its most important markets and to boost its sagging stock price.
