CobornsDelivers Expands Service Area
CobornsDelivers has expanded its greater Twin Cities service area to include Hudson, Wis.; Chisago County; and Northfield -- areas that formerly received the service before the now-defunct SimonDelivers closed. “What’s great about this expansion is that people who used to use SimonDelivers will be able to pick up where they left off,” said Sue Westerman, CobornsDelivers’ VP of e-Marketing. “We have all their account information ready to reactivate, and they’re going to love our lower prices and greater selection.”
Westerman said CobornsDelivers decided to expand in response to overwhelming requests from customers. “They really missed our service, and we’re so glad to be back serving them. We even saved their Master Shopping List (My List) and Order History, so customers don’t have to start from scratch,” she added.
Former SimonDelivers customers can now log in with their former SimonDelivers username and resume their accounts. They can also call CobornsDelivers Customer Relations at 763-971-4900 for assistance in reopening an account. Returning customers will only have to resubmit or reconfirm billing information, and they’ll be all set to go.
Since St. Cloud, Minn.-based Coborn’s purchased the former SimonDelivers last October and renamed it CobornsDelivers, Westerman said the online grocery and delivery service has seen steady growth in orders. “In this economy, customers can make their grocery dollars go much further by taking advantage of CobornsDelivers’ low prices, great selection and small delivery fee.”
