Chex Without Gluten

General Mills has rolled out five new gluten-free Chex cereals. The varieties, Corn, Honey-Nut, Chocolate, Cinnamon and Strawberry, follow on the heels of Big G’s Rice Chex, which was the first mainstream cereal appropriate for celiac sufferers, those with gluten intolerance, or consumers who choose to avoid gluten. The Minneapolis-based company is also directing people to its Web site, where gluten-free Chex recipes will be featured. A 12.8-14.0-ounce box retails for a suggested $2.99 to $3.29.
