Joyce Chen Foods has come out with two new low-sodium Potsticker Dipping Sauces in two flavors: Mild and Spicy. Although the sauces were created to go with Joyce Chen Chinese-Style Potstickers, they can also be used with shrimp, cold chicken or many other foods, according to the Acton, Mass.-based company. A natural blend of cider vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar and fresh minced ginger, the kosher sauces contain no MSG or preservatives, and are based on a family recipe from onetime TV chef and Boston-area restaurateur Joyce Chen.
