Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-free Items

Canyon Bakehouse produces gluten-free items that combine great flavor with soft texture and quality ingredients. The Loveland, Colo.-based company’s products include 7-Grain, Whole Grain White, Caraway, Cinnamon Raisin, Cranberry Crunch Muffins, Hamburger Buns, and Rosemary and Thyme Focaccia, all certified gluten-free by the Gluten Intolerance Group and kosher by the Vaad Hoeir of St. Louis. Also soy-, dairy- and nut-free, Canyon’s products are made with 100 percent whole grains, among them millet, quinoa, teff, amaranth, sorghum, corn and brown rice, providing a good source of such nutrients as protein, fiber, potassium, magnesium and calcium. Additionally, the breads have a shelf life of one week, which means they can be stored on the counter instead of being refrigerated or frozen. Each item in the product line has an SRP of $5.
