C2, Inc. Awarded Two distribution Contracts by ConAgra Foods

November 22, 2002 - MILWAUKEE - C2, Inc. announced today that its subsidiary, Total Logistic Control (TLC), a leading provider of third-party logistics and dedicated facility operations, has been awarded two 10-year contracts by ConAgra Foods to staff and operate two new grocery distribution centers near Knoxville, Tennessee and Jacksonville, Florida. Over the past two years, TLC has announced the award of six major projects managing distribution, fulfillment and manufacturing operations.

Under these new agreements, TLC provides complete turnkey management of the two facilities which total nearly 700,000 sq. ft. The TLC operations team provides round-the-clock order processing for ConAgra's diverse family of dry grocery products, including Hunt, Wesson, Healthy Choice, Orville Redenbacher, Peter Pan and many others. More than 1,000 SKUs move through the facilities, with a throughput of more than 125 truckloads per day.

The ConAgra program will be managed by TLC's Facility Management Services division which specializes in engineering customer-specific logistics solutions to optimize cost savings, operational efficiency and inventory control. TLC has enjoyed a long-term relationship with various operating units of ConAgra, providing public refrigerated warehousing and transportation services. These contracts bring the number of facilities in the TLC nationwide logistics network to 38 locations, dry and refrigerated warehouses, food processing and distribution locations, dedicated fulfillment centers and a contract bottling operation.
