Buehler’s Seeks Customer Feedback for Massillon Store

Buehler’s Fresh Foods is inviting the Massillon community to share its input and preferences to make the Wooster, Ohio-based independent’s Massillon store its own. Buehler’s is in the process of remodeling and updating the location, which is scheduled to open this fall.

The grocer invited the public to participate in an online survey through its website or Facebook page; the survey will be open to respondents through July 31.

“The legacy and success of Buehler’s is directly related to our closeness and involvement with the communities we serve,” said Bob Buehler, EVP of marketing and fresh goods at Buehler’s. “Since each community is unique, it is essential for us to listen and learn what’s important to the Massillon customer.”

Buehler’s goal is to provide the best grocery shopping experience at its new Buehler’s Massillon location, and to exceed customers’ expectations. The online survey was developed to provide insights to better understand the assortment of products and the types of services to offer the Massillon customer.
