Brown-Forman Names Director of Grocery Channel

Beverage alcohol company Brown-Forman Corp. has appointed Terrence Cashaw its director of grocery channel. In his new role, Cashaw will develop and lead channel strategy for grocery, as well as managing a portfolio of customers that includes Kroger, Safeway, Albertsons and Supervalu.

Years of Experience

Cashaw (left) joins Brown-Forman from Dallas-based Kimberly-Clark Corp., where his most recent position was director, customer development. He brings more than 20 years of sales experience to his latest role, having started at Kimberly-Clark as a customer business manager in 1988 and rising through the ranks to take on jobs of increasing responsibility.

Brown-Forman’s brands include Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey, Southern Comfort, Finlandia, Canadian Mist, Korbel, Gentleman Jack, el Jimador, Tequila Herradura, Sonoma-Cutrer, Chambord, New Mix, Tuaca and Woodford Reserve. The Louisville, Ky.-based company has nearly 4,000 employees and its products are sold in about 160 countries.
