Brookshire’s Launches New YourPoints Program

Brookshire’s has recently launched new concept in several of its markets to reward customers with savings on gas and groceries.

In the program, called, “YourPoints,”. customers shopping with a registered Thank You Card, the company’s frequent shopper card, earn one YourPoint per dollar on most purchases at participating Brookshire’s stores.

“Truly rewarding shoppers for their loyalty is something Brookshire Grocery Co. has wanted to accomplish for a long time,” said Chris Hardin, Brookshire’s director of brand and consumer strategy. “We are certain the YourPoints reward program will become a significant way for all our customers to meet their household budgets more easily.”

YourPoints are automatically loaded onto the Thank You Card across multiple shopping trips. There are no receipts or coupons to keep up with, and there is no limit on how many YourPoints customers can earn. YourPoints can be redeemed for discounts on gas or groceries at participating stores and fuel centers.

For every 100 YourPoints earned, the customer save 10 cents per gallon on fuel when redeemed. Those savings can be “stacked” to increase the customer’s per-gallon discount. For example, 500 YourPoints are redeemable for a savings of 50 cents per gallon on fuel. The customer may choose to redeem 500 YourPoints for a 5 percent discount applied to a grocery purchase of their choice.

Participating stores include Brookshire’s stores in Daingerfield, Granbury, Mt. Pleasant, Mt. Vernon, Paris, and Pittsburg, Texas, as well as Natchitoches, La.

If a customer has already registered at brookshires.com, he or she is automatically enrolled in YourPoints. If not customers can register their Thank You Card online at brookshires.com or by downloading Brookshire’s App for iPhone or Android. Customers can also use a new kiosk inside the store to register and begin earning yourpoints.

In addition to YourPoints, Brookshire’s has redesigned its website with enhanced functions for users. Customers can manage their account, access “My Shopping List,” and download Brookshire's mobile App for iPhone or Android from the site.
