Brookshire Brothers Gears Up for Fresh Harvest Cooking Show
LUFKIN, Texas -- Regional retailer Brookshire Brothers here is gearing up for its second annual Fresh Harvest Cooking Show, which is set to take place Nov. 9 at the Pitser Garrison Civic Center in Lufkin. The theme of this year's event is "Making Time for the Good Stuff."
The focus of the event is to help families find time to "connect" over a meal. Austin chef and single mom Tiffany Collins will serve as hostess.
The show will feature easy weeknight suppers, food for the kid in all of us, breakfast any time, and elegant entertaining with ease. Collins will be joined on stage by east Texas radio personality Danny Merrell.
