Breakfast Bakes

Columbus, Ohio-based Bob Evans Food Products has introduced Breakfast Bakes ($3.99), the brand’s new line of hand-held hash browns, available in the freezer section. Bob Evans Breakfast Bakes – which are designed to ease the stress of consumers’ morning scramble, as they’re microwavable and great on-the-go – are available in three varieties: Sausage, Egg & Cheese; Bacon, Egg & Cheese; and Southwest. Breakfast Bakes feature four individually wrapped hash browns that have 170 calories per serving and boast lower sodium compared with other hash brown products.
