BOPS Potato Snacks

Hornell, N.Y.-based Good Boy Organics has launched its new line of BOPS baked organic potato snacks. Designed as a healthier alternative to traditional potato chips, BOPS have 120 calories per serving, only 3.5 grams of fat, and a simple ingredient list that includes potato starch, potato flakes, corn flour, sunflower oil and sea salt. Available in four flavors – Sea Salt, Barbeque, Aged White Cheddar and Sour Cream & Onion -- BOPS are certified organic, gluten-free, non-GMO and have an SRP range of $3.29 - $3.69.
