Bi-Lo Locks in Consumer Savings for Eight Weeks in New Loyalty Program

Bi-Lo yesterday launched a consumer savings program, known as “Price Lock,” that locks in savings for the grocer’s Bonuscard members on thousands of products throughout the store at a set price for an eight-week period.

The program was designed to give consumers the flexibility to shop when it’s most convenient for them. “We work to deliver real savings and real fresh goods along with a dedication to our customers that extends beyond the expected promotional pricing,” said Bi-Lo president and CEO Michael Byars. “Our customers shop with the peace of mind that they’ve gotten the best value for their families only at Bi-Lo. Price Lock is both a valuable addition and another example of our ongoing efforts to help our customers save without sacrificing things that are important to them by using their My Bi-Lo Bonuscard.”

Price Lock is the latest tool in the company’s growing arsenal of savings programs focused on saving consumers money at Bi-Lo using the card. “Price Lock continues the momentum we’re gaining in creating opportunities for consumers to save at Bi-Lo,” noted the grocer’s SVP of merchandising and marketing Bill Nasshan.

Mauldin, S.C.-based Bi-Lo operates 207 supermarkets in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee, and employs about 15,100 people.
