Red Velvet Chocolate Chunk and Chocolate Chip are the latest on-trend flavors in the extended line of PanFree Predeposited 18-ounce Loaf Cake Batters from North Andover, Mass.-based Bake’n Joy. PanFree batters are premeasured, deposited into paper-lined aluminum pans and flash-frozen for fresh taste and superior performance. The pans are placed in plastic carrier trays, six per layer, for easy handling and are packed 18 to a case for convenient storage. As part of the FreshBakes (freezer-to-oven) line of predeposited muffin, loaf and cake batters, the loaves go directly onto a sheet pan for hassle-free cycle baking. All of Bake’n Joy’s FreshBakes batters are trans fat-free.
