All’s Fair

Roslyn Heights, N.Y.-based Biagio Cru is now importing two wines from La Riojana, an Argentinean producer of organic and fair trade wines, marking one of the first times the U.S. market has seen such a product. The Ecologica line is available in two varietals: a Torrontes/Chardonnay blend, and a Syrah/Malbec blend. The fair trade practice benefits the 500 family farmers who make up the Riojana cooperative.
