Ahold Names Deputy C.F.O.
AMSTERDAM -- Ahold said yesterday it had appointed Kimberly Ross to the position of deputy c.f.o., effective July 1. She currently serves as s.v.p. and chief of tax and treasury for the retail conglomerate.
As deputy c.f.o. Ross will oversee tax, treasury, M&A, and accounting and reporting functions, Ahold said. She will report to John Rishton, who on July 1 becomes acting president and c.e.o. of Ahold, as well as serving as c.f.o.
An Ahold employee since 2001, Ross previously worked for Ernst & Young and Joseph E Seagram & Sons in New York.
Andy Nash, now s.v.p. strategic analysis & support, has been named s.v.p. treasury, also effective July 1. He will report to Ross.
