Brooklyn, N.Y.’s own Acme Smoked Fish Corp. has launched redesigned, environmentally friendly packaging for its 17-SKU Ruby Bay line of smoked salmon and seafood specialties. The new design uses 30 percent less plastic, while smaller packs showcase the new dark-charcoal brand colors and an updated logo. A 3-ounce value size and 12-ounce packs are available for grab-and-go convenience. SRPs range from $3.99 to $19.99.
